IN GENERAL

The use of our web pages and the services provided to the visitor on the site owned by the company, requires your agreement with the Privacy Policy of this site. Therefore, the visitor must carefully read the contents of this page before using the services of our website. If he does not agree, he must leave this website and NEVER make use any of its services or content.

This site collects and uses personal information for the following reasons:

 

Invoicing / financial information

In case you purchase any of our services / products, we will keep in our database the information necessary for the invoicing, such as name, address, email, phone number, vat id, etc. We will contact you in cases involving payment of services / products, invoice balances, recurring charges, offers about our products etc, via e-mail, sms or by phone. All data transferred via email is protected by a TLS / SSL security protocol.

 

Website traffic monitoring

Like most sites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user activity. We use this data to determine the number of our site visitors to better understand how they find and use our web pages. Although GA records data such as your geographic location, your device, your web browser, and your operating system, none of this information identify you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address, which could be used to identify you, but Google does not provide access to it. We believe that Google is a third data processor that is compliant with the requirements of European legislation.

 

Contact forms and e-mail links

If you choose to contact us using a contact form or an email link, none of the data you provide will be stored to our site or transferred or processed by any third party data processor as defined below in the section «Our third-party data processors». Instead, these data will be sent to us via an SMTP protocol (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Our SMTP servers are protected by a TLS/SSL security protocol, meaning that email content is encrypted before being sent over the Internet. The content of the email is decrypted by our local computers and devices.

 

Newsletters

If you choose to subscribe in our newsletter, the email address you submit will be forwarded to Mailchimp which manages our e-mail marketing services. Mailchimp is a third-party data processor (see «Our third-party data processors» below). Your e-mail address will not be stored in any of our databases. Your e-mail address will remain in the Mailchimp database for as long as we continue to use our e-mail marketing services or until you explicitly request to be removed from the mailing list. You can do, using the delete link contained in all the email newsletters we send you.
As long as your e-mail address remains in the Mailchimp database, you will receive periodic e-mail newsletters from us regarding offers, new product or services etc.

 

Customer Satisfaction Survey / Customer Loyalty Program

The data we collect from the site, once you have accepted the terms of use, may be used to participate in a Customer Satisfaction Survey where you are asked about your site and product / service usage experience or a customer loyalty program where you receive special discounts and offers to our products and services under certain conditions.

 

Live chat

When communicating via live chat, the information we collect is the name, email address, IP, the date and time of communication, and the text that was exchanged during this communication. These data are collected to better serve the customer and for security reasons.

About this site’s web server

All web traffic (file transfer) between this site and your browser is encrypted and transferred via the HTTPS protocol using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Our servers, in order to ensure the smooth and secure operation of our services, record the user’s ip and, in case of failed connections, the username, in log files through security systems (firewalls, ddos filters, http filters, sql injection filters, visit statistics, cloudflare services) and backup. All of the above data is kept for short periods on our servers with modern security protocols so only authorized personnel can access them and only in cases to avoid malicious actions.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data for us (for example datacenter services, hosting services, backup services, payment gateways, shipping companies, marketing services etc). Thank you for shopping with us at PRAMA. We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to change any item you are unhappy with, when you return it to us in a good condition, within 14 days of the date you will receive it.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:
    • Refunds and returns are applicable only to products purchased directly from PRAMA.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • The item(s) must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  1. Timeframe for Refunds and Returns:
    • Refunds and returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
    • Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for processing refunds or returns.
  1. Refunds and Returns Process:
    • To initiate a refund or return, please contact us at info@prama.gr.
    • We will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.
    • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or provided to our courier for easy identification.
    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
  1. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
    • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.
  1. Returns:
    • Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them for any damage or signs of use.
    • If the item(s) are deemed to be in their original condition, a refund will be issued.
    • In case the returned item(s) show signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to assess its suitability, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
  1. Exchanges:
    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired item.
  1. Cancelation of order:
    • You can cancel your order, when it is in state “pending” or “processing”. You may send us an email or cancel it through you user account.
      If the order is in state “completed” it means that it’s been dispatched, so if you still want to return your items, you should use the “Refunds and Returns Process” section above.
  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ingo@prama.gr immediately.
    • We may request supporting evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the damage or defect.
    • Upon verification, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and offer a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

If the item(s) is in stock, we are committed to process the order within 1-2 days after we receive the payment. We offer worldwide shipping, and several shipping options. If the item(s) is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 6 weeks.

  1. General
    The present Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions“) apply to all sales of products made to you (the “Customer“) in the countries listed on the checkout page of the website (the “Site“). This Terms and Conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Every product order placed on the Site, presupposes the prior consultation and the acceptance by the Customer of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Ordering process
    The ordering process on the Site consists of following steps:
    • The Customer adds the selected products in the basket;
    • The Customer completes his/her personal details including name and billing address;
    • The Customer confirms the preferred shipping method and provides the delivery address;
    • The Customer confirms the payment method and completes the required payment information;
    • The Customer will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions;
    • Before the Customer submits the order, he/she will be given the opportunity to review his/her details, the selection and check the total price of the order including the shipping charges. In case the Customer needs to correct/adapt this information, he can simply go back to the relevant section and correct the necessary information.

    After submitting the order, our system will send the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.

  3. Acceptance of orders
    To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law, all quotes or proposals are without engagement and without any obligation on our part. Any order made by the Customer via the Site shall always be confirmed by the site by e-mail. The sales agreement is only entered into after we confirmed the order placed via e-mail.

  4. Prices
    The price of the products the Customer orders on the Site is the price that is displayed on the Site at the time the Customer confirms the order as mentioned in the confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer.
    • For Customers within the European Union aAll prices are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
    • For Customers outside the European Union all prices are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. The Customers should be aware that they may have to pay extra charges upon reception of the parcel. For example, these extra charges could be duties taxes or other official charges payable upon importation. We are not responsible of any of the above extra charges that will apply.

    The shipping costs are calculated in the checkout, after entering your shipping information. All other applicable taxes, duties, levies or charges arising between the moment of the order of the product and the moment of delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

  5. Returns

  6. Invoicing and Payment
    Once the sale has been confirmed and shipped, we will send the Customer an invoice upon delivery.The payment modalities we accept are mentioned on the Site. Payments must be made in Euros and only by using the accepted payment modalities. The bank account of the Customer will be debited from the next working day (or up to 2 to 5 working days depending on the Customer’s bank) following the order.

  7. Website and Transaction Security
    In order to secure the communication between our visitors and our website, like usernames, passwords, your name, address etc, we use an ssl certificate.All payments made using the card are processed through well known electronic payment platforms that use the latest standards of encryption protocols encryption. Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

  8. Delivery, Title and Risk
    Deliveries will be made in Normal Delivery.

    The risk of loss, theft and whole or partial destruction of the products will be transferred to the Customer as soon as the product is delivered. The ownership of the products shall not pass to the Customer and full legal and beneficial ownership of the products shall remain with us unless and until we have received payment in full for the products, including all secondary costs due such as forwarding charges, interest, charges, expenses and other costs.

  9. Age requirements
    By ordering products on the Site, the Customer declares that he/she is an adult aged 18 or over or that he/she has obtained the explicit consent of his/her parents/legal guardians in case he/she has not yet reached the age of 18.

  10. Liability and Complaints
    We shall not be liable for any indirect damages (including but not limited to loss of time, emotional damage, reputational damage, loss of revenue, loss of profit or loss of an opportunity).All complaints must be notified through our contact form within seven (7) business days as from the delivery of the products. If the complaint is found to be justified, our liability shall be limited to the reparation of or the exchanging of the delivered products.

    Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or physical harm.

  11. Force Majeure
    We shall not be liable in case of Force Majeure (i.e. all situations under which it is very difficult to comply with its obligations under the sales agreement, including but not limited to disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, actual or threatened terrorist attacks, acts of war, sabotage, explosion, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, revolutions and strikes, lockouts or labor disputes, government acts, accident or breakdown of plant or machinery, bugs in third party software, shortage of materials, failure by a utility provider (including electricity, gas, network or telecom provider) to provide services and any actions or omissions of third parties beyond its reasonable control).

  12. After Sales Support and warranty
    For any after sales support and questions the Customer can contact our customer service through our contact form. The products are covered by a legal war ranty of conformity.

  13. Archiving of sales history
    For your convenience, we will archive your sales history, which you can consult at any time on the Site using your login details.

  14. Applicable law
    The Terms and Conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Greece, without reference to the conflict of law rules.
